Maintenance

8.1 Overview

This chapter describes all procedures of mainte-

nance and calibration for the QCL starter Kit. The

procedures described herein must be performed by

personnel trained o n the electronic ﬁeld, with ac-

ceptance by Alpes Lasers, otherwise the warranty

will be los t.

Note: The TTL Pulse Generator (TPG128) and

the Temperature Controller (TCU151) are calibrated

in factory.

8.1.1 How to remove the covers of

TCU151 and TPG128

Pull oﬀ the light gray plastic pieces of the side of the

front and back plates. Lift oﬀ the light gray pla stic

shades form the side of the box, which gives access

to the screws holding the top and bottom covers.
